My vision of the Future:
Alexi, we finally got the oranges to come in. Been -24 for the past couple of days but the geothermal heat is still rockin’ and making sure everything stays alive. Research is coming along, though I wish I didn’t have to walk to the grow chambers in the snow!
I know this won’t get to you, the city has been flooded for two decades now. But I know the carrier drone will drop this off where you used to live. I miss you. Sometimes I imagine you here, looking into the valley. Eating oranges like old times. -K
