My vision of the Future:
The future here in the eastern Cascadian smells lush and sweet. Big improvements in water harvesting technology are not only a huge relief, but have been a game changer here for communities in the high desert. It’s meant we have plenty of drinking water, and there’s even been an
explosion in local food production through vertical farming. The desert can be harsh and unforgiving, but we’re proving that cooperative communities can flourish in such environments without exploiting and poisoning our ecosystem. Keep fighting for a better world, my friend. There truly is hope for the future.
